Holiday Inspiration

You know how much fun it is when you find the PERFECT holiday dress?!! You get so excited because you tried on 40 dresses, but then finally you found THE one! It makes you feel confident and sophisticated, but festive and fun! Well, this is kind of how I feel when I find the perfect table setting for my Christmas Eve dinner. :) Actually, I think it is even more fun than dress shopping because it still fits year after year, no matter how much food you pile on it! Haha! :)

If you're in search of some inspiration to make your holiday table sparkle, check out these ideas we put together. Your table will no doubt be the center of attention and catch everyone's eye!

First up: Buffalo Check and Berries.

This table setting is right on trend with red buffalo check napkins over a crisp white plate. The black charger and gold flatware add just enough drama to dress it up and make it feel festive for the holidays! You can get the napkins here.  The black chargers are a steal here. We bought our gold flatware here.

Navy and Gold.

Navy and Gold is my obsession as of late. I just cant get enough! The white and metallic gold striped linen napkin really pops with the wood charger and white plate. We topped it off with a geometric rimmed salad plate outlined in rose gold. And if you thought ornaments were only for the tree, you were mistaken! This vintage ornament tied up with some greenery is the perfect accessory. The wood chargers can be purchased here.  I found the salad plates at home goods, but here is a similar style. Buy gold striped napkins here.

Christmas Plaid.

Nothing says merry and bright quite like a poinsettia that glitters! As I'm sure you have noticed this year plaid is ALL the rage and Christmas decor is no different. We could't help ourselves with pairing this plaid plate over the top of a rustic wood table. It gives it a woodsy traditional feel that's sure to have your guests feeling right at home. I am loving the napkin tied in a knot. Such a simple no fuss way to add a little something unique! We picked up the poinsettia at Trader Joes, but you can grab the plaid plates here.

Glistening Gold and White.

And last but certainly not least you can NEVER go wrong with a gold and white combo! It matches pretty much any holiday decor you already have and has just enough dazzle to make your table feel extra special. Gold chargers are a staple and everyone should have a set, get them  here.  There are so many pretty gold and white dinner plate options. I love this and this.   Pretty metallic napkins here.

Hosting a get together with your family and friends is what this season is all about! We hope you have gotten excited to play "dress up" with your table and are inspired to host your next party with lots of holiday cheer!
